Salon booking nightmare: Deposits and delays

I experienced a frustrating situation with this establishment. Despite paying a £20 deposit, they somehow managed to double book my appointment. When I arrived, I was turned away and forced to reschedule for two weeks later. To add insult to injury, even that rescheduled appointment was cancelled at the last minute, citing vague "unforeseen circumstances." This level of disorganization and lack of respect for customers' time is unacceptable. I'm left feeling disappointed and inconvenienced by their poor service and unreliable booking system.
