Selden medical center's booking nightmare

I relocated from Broadwater to East Worthing two years ago and was compelled to switch medical practices from Broadwater Medical Center to Selden Medical Center last year. I've been assigned a doctor whom I've been unable to see for 11 months. I attempted once again to schedule an appointment for next week, but it's the same old story - I'm told to phone on the day to make an appointment! Every time I try, the line is engaged, and when I finally get through, there are no available slots! What a stark difference from Broadwater, where I could book online and select a time convenient for me! Selden Medical Center seems stuck in the prehistoric era. This summer, I experienced prostate issues and ended up in the ER in France. A follow-up is necessary, but I can't even reach my designated GP! This year, I was nine months overdue for my annual blood test, which Broadwater used to automatically renew. When I tried to book with Selden, it was a nightmare because they insisted I see a doctor before getting a blood test appointment - an impossible task. Eventually, the situation became so frustrating that I mentioned going to the hospital, after which they finally provided the blood test without a GP consultation. Moreover, I've heard nothing from the GP after having to call for my results. I've decided I'm no longer going to invest my time and energy with them. I'll simply go to the hospital outpatient department - it's the same distance, and they're far more efficient!
