Severely lacking in Competence

Developed severe shoulder Pain after performing CPR ended up at Newham General as unable to get an appointment due to the illy ring at 8am rule. Hospital discharged beck to Gp but did send over the Discharge Letter which showed injuries to both Shoulders with advice to follow up with Ultrasound or MRI for possible Rotary Cuff Injury and also sent Xray results stating injury to Rotary Cuffs both Shoulder and follow up- NOTHING. Finally got a Telephone appointment Dr said she would have blood Test to check for inflammatory response and the results clearly stated "See Doctor" so they referred me to the Diabetic Nurses! See this morning finally and after showing her the results from my Private MRI opinion was "Wear and Year" see the Physio explained yet again this was not wear and tear but an acute injury and needed to see Orthopaedics as per advice from the Private Hospital, did finally manage to explain to this GP the severity of the situation and she said she would refer to "see" if they would see me should hear in about a month but can only prescibe stronger Painkillers for a short time! is it me or basically whatever happens over this Surgery something is terribly wrong - no one seems to be competent enough to deal with even the simplest of cases especially those like mine that need some sort of urgent care (use the word care very loosely as it seems not to apply at this Surgery)
