Shocking medical center with poor patient care

I'm perplexed by the low ratings John Smith receives. Could there be underlying discrimination at play? Upon relocating to Johnsmith Medical Center on December 20th, 2024, from Old Kent Surgery with my partner, I've encountered numerous frustrating issues. My medical records remain unupdated in their system, causing constant prescription complications. Every time I request medication, I'm told I'm not in their records, forcing me to navigate my MyChart app to download letters and medication details from my endocrinologist. My primary concern is the inadequate management of my health. I've observed a letter recommending increased medication dosage due to elevated thyroid levels, which could potentially increase miscarriage risks. Shockingly, no doctor has reached out to schedule an appointment. The only communication was from Dr. Cynthia, who merely approved my aspirin and folic acid request and oddly interrogated me about why I needed these drugs. When I attempted to ask questions, she abruptly terminated the call - a clear display of medical neglect. Why should I, the patient, justify my medical needs to a healthcare professional? Shouldn't they maintain comprehensive records to track my health conditions and prescribe appropriate treatments? The receptionists are equally unhelpful, consistently providing nonsensical responses. I've contacted my previous GP and hospital, who confirmed they've sent all medical history for transfer through PDS. Yet, this practice seems unable to process the provided information. How can a medical professional not recognize pregnancy as a significant health condition? I have much more to say, but I'll conclude with a stern warning: if any harm comes to myself or my unborn child due to their incompetence, legal action will follow. They must act immediately.
