Shocking medical negligence that left family devastated

The doctor callously suggested my mother should embrace dying at home. Their complaint response took a staggering 7 months, and they attempted to dismiss it by claiming she had passed away. When they finally replied, they conducted no real investigation, merely repeating the doctor's denial of the statement. Always document your medical appointments, people! Now they've implemented a restrictive system where only one issue can be addressed per accuracy form, and only one form request is allowed daily. This means patients with multiple chronic conditions are essentially left to suffer, forced to submit separate forms for each individual health concern. The entire surgical experience was absolutely terrible.
