I have endured an incredibly distressing ordeal with the reception and practice managers at this medical facility. After submitting a formal complaint nearly nine months ago, I finally received a response that was not only excessively delayed but also laden with false and defamatory statements that failed to comprehensively address the issues I raised. It appears they only replied because the Parliamentary Health Ombudsman had to send two intervention letters, and without this involvement, I believe they would have continued to ignore my complaint indefinitely. Even more troubling is that their response attempted to deflect all blame onto me, rather than confronting the substantive issues of discrimination and Equality Act violations. Upon thorough review of my medical records, I discovered numerous claims in their letter are directly contradicted by documented evidence. The response contains multiple inaccuracies and omissions that I consider misleading and entirely unacceptable. Furthermore, a critical letter detailing the issues, which was sent via recorded delivery, was completely disregarded in their response. This has intensified my frustration, clearly demonstrating their lack of seriousness in handling the complaint. They have brazenly ignored their own legal breaches and fabricated injurious statements to rationalize their discriminatory and neglectful conduct. As a result, I am now pursuing further action. It is evident from other reviews that my experience is not unique. Those who have encountered similar problems with this surgery will undoubtedly comprehend the profound sense of disappointment and disillusionment such treatment engenders.
