Sick note wasn't ready when promised

I am providing feedback on behalf of my husband regarding his recent visit to collect a document he had requested earlier in the week. Unfortunately, the item was not available for collection when he arrived, and he was advised to consider seeking care elsewhere if he felt unsatisfied with the service. Some members of the reception team could benefit from additional training in customer service skills, as the interaction was not as helpful as it could have been.
