Sick Notes Confusion After Multiple Calls

I've been trying to get my sick notes processed for several days now, and I'm experiencing significant frustration. Initially, when I spoke with a staff member yesterday, they could see my sick note request and assured me they would follow up. However, no update has come through. When I followed up again today, a different staff member claimed they couldn't even locate my original request. This inconsistency has left me completely bewildered and uncertain about the status of my documentation.
