The medical professionals at this clinic are top-notch, but the reception and administrative team fall short. Their staff tends to jump to conclusions about your inquiries, providing generic responses that ultimately demonstrate their inability to assist you effectively. Some time back, I encountered significant issues with their administrative processes. Specifically, two referrals I needed were never submitted, despite my initial request. It was only after persistent follow-up months later that I discovered the referrals had not been processed at all. This oversight has substantially delayed my potential assessment and treatment timeline. Moreover, the practice was slow to acknowledge their mistake and take responsibility for the administrative error.
