Skilled doctors hampered by terrible reception staff

The medical professionals here are exceptional, but the front desk staff are incredibly discourteous and unprofessional. During our wait for the doctor, the phone rang incessantly for 15 minutes while the reception team was engrossed in conversation, making it impossible to get through. I strongly suggest they either invest in comprehensive customer service training or completely replace the current reception staff with individuals who possess better interpersonal skills and understand the importance of politeness.
