Slow service caused unnecessary pain and frustration

The service here was deeply disappointing. Suffering from excruciating sciatic pain, I consulted the physiotherapy nurse at the medical center. She marked my prescription as urgent and sent it for the doctor's approval. Despite daily follow-ups, it took a staggering 6 days before they finally processed the prescription, with their response being a casual "we'll get the doctor to sign it now!" The prescription was only sent to the pharmacy after a week of delay. Additionally, their policy for repeat prescriptions requires a 72-hour turnaround. In contrast, my new medical practice processes prescriptions on the same day they are submitted. I'm absolutely relieved to have left this practice and cannot recommend them at all. Their inefficiency and lack of responsiveness are unacceptable, especially for patients in significant discomfort.
