Slow Service, No Communication: Customer Frustration

The consultation process is extremely sluggish, and the overall service is quite poor. I've experienced several days of waiting without receiving any SMS or email updates. In fact, the only time I received a phone call was when I missed it due to my cellphone being out of reach. If you've submitted your request through Evergren, it's essential that if there’s no response by phone, you should have reached out to me via email or SMS instead. I’ve attempted to submit my request once more; however, as of now, I've yet to receive any communication through either medium.
