Slow to respond to ear concerns

The practice's response to my spouse's ear issue was inadequate. The approach felt dismissive and lacked the support we were hoping for.

Dear Michael, Sorry for the delay in our response. We apologise that the experience you have had with the practice has not been a positive one. We welcome any feedback from patients which will ultimately assist us to improve the services we deliver. The surgery endeavours to provide the best possible standard of care to all our patients and we will continue with regular monitoring and reviews to enable us to constantly improve the services we offer.
