Smoother service with new practice management team

Spring 2024 We've observed positive changes in this medical practice. While the clinical treatment was consistently satisfactory, the administrative aspects like communication and scheduling were previously challenging. The updated phone system is a significant improvement - now patients can request a callback instead of waiting on hold during peak hours. The recent appointment of a dedicated Practice Manager seems beneficial. It's unrealistic to expect physicians to simultaneously manage complex administrative tasks and provide medical care, so this specialized role is clearly advantageous. Elizabeth Satchell
