Spa medical centre failed me and my family

Extremely subpar healthcare service. For half a decade, they've neglected my son's health checks and blood tests, dismissing concerns with a casual "kids are healthy" comment, even when chest pain was present. For years, I've been forced to chase test results during specific, inconvenient calling hours that conflict with work schedules. Getting through requires approximately 45 attempts and consumes around an hour of time. Most bewildering is their special phone line for Punjabi-speaking patients. Are we in Punjab? This country hosts a diverse population, yet they provide language-specific services only for one group. Booking a doctor's appointment is practically impossible. Morning calls rarely guarantee availability, and after 45 frustrating minutes on hold, you're often left without a consultation slot. Even scheduled appointments might not materialize with a callback. Prescription ordering is equally incompetent - they've repeatedly submitted incomplete medication requests by failing to review entire documents. When confronted about these systematic failures, their response is to remove patients from their practice instead of addressing service deficiencies. After five years, I received a single letter suggesting I find alternative medical care, effectively acknowledging their own inadequacies. "Absurd" perfectly encapsulates the Spa Medical Centre experience.
