Staff are friendly but diagnosis felt rushed and incomplete

The overall service is pleasant and the team members are friendly, however the clinical expertise appears to fall short in some areas. I have experienced a few concerns, particularly during my last appointment. When I presented with digestive symptoms and vomiting blood, I was prescribed medication without a clear diagnosis, seemingly on a trial-and-error basis, and a blood test was arranged. Following the test results coming back unremarkable, no further investigation was pursued into the underlying cause, and the matter was essentially closed. This was approximately three weeks ago and I continue to experience some symptoms, though fortunately without the blood component. Additionally, I felt the prescribed medication was given without adequate consideration of my existing medical history, or at least without demonstrating awareness of it. The medication carried side effects including fatigue and low mood, which proved particularly problematic given my pre-existing struggles with depression and sleep disturbance. This significantly impacted my functioning for roughly two weeks during a demanding period with academic commitments in my final year of study. Due to these experiences, I have decided to seek care elsewhere as I am dissatisfied with the standard of clinical care received.
