Staff are hit and miss here

I'm genuinely puzzled about the hiring process at this place - the staff quality is incredibly inconsistent. Some reception staff are outstanding, while others are shockingly unprofessional. The amazing team members include Kay, who's absolutely essential to the operation, Velma who's brilliant, Amanda who's incredibly helpful and friendly, Hilima who's kind and supportive, and Kelly who always follows up thoughtfully. These ladies demonstrate a level of commitment rarely seen in NHS services nowadays. Conversely, certain staff members are appalling. Sarah appears arrogant and dismissive, looking down her nose condescendingly. Claudia has delivered the rudest interaction I've ever experienced within the NHS - and I mean ever! Ruby is completely ineffective, seemingly only interested in brushing patients off without genuine listening or care. I requested to speak with the practice manager, Seema Hauque, but never received a callback. Frustrated beyond tolerance, I've reported this to NHS England and ultimately left the practice. I can unequivocally state that this surgery has caused me more distress than assistance. Their appointment system is fundamentally broken - constant "call backs" with no actual resolution. We taxpayers absolutely do not pay our contributions to be treated with such disrespect and negligence.
