Staff couldn't follow straightforward written instructions

I'm not surprised the CQC raised concerns about how this surgery operates. The staff seem to struggle with basic tasks. A family member required documentation for employment purposes abroad and provided clear written instructions about what was needed and how to receive it. After waiting nearly a month without contact, she followed up by phone only to discover the request had been sent to a different facility in another location where she had never attended. The documentation then needed to be forwarded to a head office elsewhere, meaning she now has to wait for it to be returned to her from that location rather than collecting it directly. She also needs her own copy for personal records and visa purposes. It appears the team at this surgery has difficulty adhering to straightforward written requests. Additionally, obtaining an appointment here seems nearly impossible. The experience has been deeply frustrating. I would rate this lower if the system allowed it.
