Staff didn't listen during appointment booking

The service fell short of expectations with several disappointing aspects. During a call, the staff member disconnected shortly after answering, which was frustrating. When attempting to schedule an appointment afterwards, it felt as though my concerns were not being properly heard or addressed. Overall, the interaction lacked the attentiveness and professionalism I would have hoped for.
