Staff didn't listen to my symptoms or concerns

I have found this practice to be unsatisfactory. The clinicians do not appear to engage fully with patient concerns. The lead clinician does not seem to approach their role with appropriate commitment to patient care. The other clinicians also appear to lack the necessary competence. Rather than addressing health concerns directly, they tend to refer for tests without thorough consultation. This approach means patients often need to book multiple follow-up appointments without resolution. Appointment availability is typically limited to around a fortnight. The reception staff can be unhelpful and dismissive. Additionally, administrative letters are charged at premium rates. In my experience, a straightforward letter confirming patient registration was priced the same as a comprehensive medical report would be.
