Staff didn't understand disability needs

The staff came across as unwelcoming when I attended with my brother who is deaf and disabled. He needed to be asked multiple times about mask requirements, which made communication difficult. I explained that I am exempt from wearing a mask so he could hear me clearly, but was then instructed to wait at the entrance rather than in the main waiting area. The waiting space itself is quite cramped with limited room. It would be beneficial if staff received better training in supporting patients with additional needs. The reception experience was particularly disappointing and felt dismissive.
