I was disappointed by what I perceived as a lack of genuine concern for patient wellbeing in how the appointment availability was handled. I also noticed some physical changes following the initial blood test, though I am uncertain whether these are typical. Overall, my experience left me frustrated with both the communication style and the apparent inflexibility in addressing urgent healthcare needs.
