Staff dismissive when explaining your health concerns

The team appears to assume that calls are for non-urgent matters. They are unhelpful and seem to rush through interactions. When you contact them early, you face delays, and upon describing your concern, they typically suggest over-the-counter remedies or a pharmacy visit. I experienced a frustrating situation where my symptoms were initially attributed to one condition when I actually had a different issue. I needed to seek care elsewhere with support from a friend. Overall, I found the service to be quite poor.
