Staff mostly friendly despite one rude phone call

I am relatively new to this GP practice, and I have generally found the team to be professional, friendly and welcoming. There was one occasion when I experienced a less pleasant interaction with a member of staff over the phone, though I have not had contact with that person since and am unable to identify who it was. The practice benefits from a spacious car park with dedicated disabled spaces and an ambulance bay, though I have noticed that not all visitors use these facilities as intended. The building itself is well-equipped with toilet facilities, an X-ray department, various other services, and a tea bar, reflecting its origins as a former hospital. The pharmacy located downstairs appears to operate with some inefficiency, with the software system seeming to contribute to the challenges faced by an already busy team, which prompted me to switch to the pharmacy in Market Place instead. Although this alternative location uses the same software, the staff there appear to be under less pressure. There is also a third pharmacy option available, though my personal experiences there over many years have not been particularly positive.
