Staff seemed overworked and communication was poor

While certain members of the team demonstrate genuine care and compassion, it is evident they are stretched thin with workload demands. Beyond this, my experience with this practice has been largely disappointing. I have felt let down on multiple occasions, particularly during a vulnerable period when I felt dismissed and spoken to in a manner that lacked empathy and understanding. Subsequently, my registration with the practice was terminated following a discussion with my family about my continued care. Despite medical professionals supporting my continued registration and documentation on my records suggesting I should remain, I was not formally notified of this decision. I only discovered my removal when attempting to manage my prescriptions online and found I was no longer registered with any GP practice. My family and I have spent the last two weeks attempting to resolve this situation, with reception staff repeatedly advising us to wait for a callback that never materialised. This experience has left me feeling disconnected from primary care services at a time when continuity of care is important. Combined with prolonged waiting times for various health concerns and feeling unheard by healthcare providers over the years, my confidence in the system has been significantly affected. I would encourage prospective patients to carefully consider their options before registering with this practice.
