Staff wouldn't answer the phone in mornings

I would not recommend this practice. The staff seem unhelpful and unresponsive to patient needs. Administrative tasks appear to be handled poorly, with communication issues regarding document delivery despite living nearby. Appointment availability is limited and phone lines are difficult to reach during morning hours. I would suggest looking elsewhere for your healthcare needs.
