Staff wouldn't take responsibility for registration issues

Extremely disappointing experience with poor coordination between different staff members and inconsistent practices across the centre. There was a tendency to redirect issues from one person to another rather than taking ownership, along with a general reluctance to provide assistance. This has been by far the worst experience I have encountered. After several months, the matter still remains unresolved and properly sorted.
