Stressed and Sick, Sent Away Without Help

Absolutely dreadful experience trying to secure an appointment, with front desk staff seemingly dedicated to turning patients away or pushing them to self-book online. Constant staff turnover and an overwhelmingly stressed environment. After being seriously hospitalized and instructed by my doctor to schedule a follow-up, I arrived still weak and exhausted, only to be subjected to 15 minutes of bureaucratic runaround. They were completely indifferent to my fragile health, ultimately dismissing me with an impersonal text link to book my own appointment. The medical staff are mediocre at best, with only one compassionate, community-focused doctor who has since departed. I'm extremely close to filing a formal complaint with the ombudsman and am meticulously documenting my ongoing interactions. Even now, fresh from hospital discharge, I've attempted to contact them via email, only to discover they provide no public email address. Seriously ill patients should not be forced to navigate such exhausting administrative obstacles! I am now compelled to physically visit their office AGAIN!
