Stressful records mix-up at Tudor Practice

I've been a patient at Tudor Practice Stockland Green since 2017, consistently receiving compassionate care from Dr. Rai, who has always demonstrated deep understanding of my physical and mental health needs. However, after relocating in January 2024, my medical records were abruptly closed by the practice staff. Despite NHS guidance suggesting I could maintain my records, I've encountered persistent barriers during each visit. Despite reassurances from Ms. Sasha and the manager, the underlying issues of disorganization and poor staff coordination remain unresolved. These ongoing complications have generated significant personal stress, compelling me to repeatedly explain my situation during each interaction. The staff's apparent lack of organizational skills and empathy has intensified my existing anxiety and negatively affected my overall health experience. On 23/04/2024, I received a deeply distressing message stating my records were closed and I was being removed from the practice due to being outside the catchment area. This communication, delivered without compassion or consideration, dramatically increased my emotional burden. My subsequent attempts to resolve the matter with the GP and management were systematically dismissed, with limited availability from the responsible manager. Even my discussion with Ms. Claire produced no meaningful resolution, as she merely repeated decisions without genuinely addressing my legitimate concerns. The unprofessional treatment and apparent indifference from reception staff and management have substantially compromised my mental and emotional well-being. I strongly recommend a thorough investigation into these systemic issues that are causing significant patient distress.
