Struggling to book appointments and get prescriptions

The service has declined noticeably over recent years. Getting an appointment has become increasingly difficult, and when one is secured, consultations are typically conducted by telephone rather than in person. Sometimes these calls are not with a clinician. The prescription request process has changed significantly. Despite having a dedicated team and phone option available, requests must now be submitted by email instead. The quality of interactions varies depending on which staff member you interact with. Some interactions leave you feeling judged for contacting the practice, as though there is a dismissive attitude towards patients seeking help.
