Struggling to reach the practice by phone

I find it extremely difficult to reach the practice by phone due to the high volume of calls being received. The website also doesn't function properly for me, which makes accessing medical support even more challenging. I'm currently unable to leave home and have children to care for, so attending a walk-in centre isn't an option. I've made multiple attempts to contact the practice but there's no facility to request a callback or any alternative way to get assistance. The automated message simply states they cannot answer calls at the moment. This situation is very frustrating and I feel the service continues to deteriorate.
