I'm experiencing significant frustration with their triage system, which has been non-functional for the past 48 hours, apparently due to high call volume. I managed to speak with a representative who assured me she would consult a physician about my specific concern and follow up, but she has completely failed to do so. I'm left feeling completely abandoned and unsure of my next steps in resolving this matter.
