From my perspective, the staff and doctors consistently strive to do their best given the challenges they face, and it's unfortunate that the Practice receives numerous negative reviews. It's a reality that typically only dissatisfied individuals voice complaints, while the majority of patients who are reasonably content remain silent. Healthcare is an emotional and intricate matter, and perfect solutions aren't always attainable. I'm fortunate to be located within walking distance, which allows me to visit easily, and their online e-consult service is incredibly helpful - I'm invariably contacted within hours to discuss my concerns. With thousands of patients registered and a limited number of medical professionals, the surgery operates under significant constraints. We shouldn't expect staff to be perpetually waiting for incoming calls. While there might be a 15-minute wait to have a call answered, becoming impatient or confrontational serves no constructive purpose.
