Surgery ignores requests and cuts off calls mid-conversation

This practice was once considered excellent during my earlier years, but it has significantly declined. I receive far more notifications about closures and staff development days than I do contact from family members. The current staff appear to lack adequate training, and communication feels poor. When I attempted to arrange an appointment after an initial consultation, I was directed to seek a different practitioner. Upon finally getting through to book, I was disconnected while trying to confirm the appointment details. I subsequently heard nothing for two months, and only learned from a helpful receptionist that I had apparently missed two phone consultations without receiving any notification or voicemail about these missed appointments. I made multiple requests to see a different practitioner due to the nature of my concern, yet I ultimately ended up being seen by the same person who had previously declined to help me, and they proceeded with the consultation anyway. The whole experience felt poorly managed, and I can now understand why this surgery receives such consistently negative feedback from patients.
