Susan's Awful Customer Service Ruins Everything

I reached out to modify my appointment and was met with Susan, a representative whose attitude was shockingly unprofessional. Her communication style was so brusque and hostile that "rude" would be an understatement. I responsibly contacted them in advance about my inability to attend, yet was informed that since my message was left on voicemail, they didn't process the cancellation. Now I'm required to restart the entire referral process - a task I'd be willing to undertake if I had been treated with even a modicum of basic human respect. Perfect score of 10/10 for demonstrating the most appalling customer service demeanor. One can only hope that when this individual finds themselves seeking assistance, they'll experience the compassion they so utterly failed to extend to me.
