Swabs Lost and No One Called Back

I've never encountered such a frustrating experience with any organization before. My swabs went missing, and despite numerous follow-up calls, they consistently failed to return my messages. The reception staff, while generally friendly, seemed poorly trained and overwhelmed, often staring blankly at my documents and expressing confusion. Getting through to someone typically requires waiting around 30 minutes, and even then, the interaction rarely leads to meaningful resolution. Every single appointment runs incredibly late - consistently 50 minutes to an hour behind schedule. While I typically understand delays with healthcare services, combined with these other issues, it becomes incredibly exasperating. It's particularly disappointing because this practice used to be excellent, and a few of their doctors are still top-notch. However, I cannot in good conscience recommend this practice to anyone looking for medical care right now.
