Switching practices after repeated prescription ordering failures

After a lengthy period of receiving excellent care, we have recently made the difficult choice to transfer our registration to another practice. This decision was not made hastily, but rather came after experiencing repeated issues with the prescription ordering process. The frustration accumulated to a point where we felt we had no alternative. The online ordering system presents significant challenges, and receiving repeated automated messages suggesting form errors creates considerable stress and confusion. Contacting the practice by telephone proves consistently difficult, with availability restricted to specific times. Additionally, there is a lack of consistency in clinical appointments, as we frequently encounter different practitioners rather than seeing the same doctor regularly. We have found ourselves making multiple unnecessary visits to the practice simply to seek clarification on administrative matters. It is disappointing that the practice has struggled to evolve and improve its systems and services in recent times.
