Telephone appointment window was too wide

I had a telephone consultation scheduled after my previous in-person visit was cancelled. I selected this option thinking it would be more convenient for me. However, I received a reminder indicating the appointment window was between 8.30am and 10.30am, whereas I had been given a specific time of 9.30am. This meant I was unable to make plans elsewhere, as I preferred not to discuss my health concerns in a public setting and wanted to ensure I didn't miss the call. While I recognise that a small buffer of 5 to 10 minutes is reasonable to stay available, I found the two-hour window to be quite inconvenient.
