Terrible

The practice routinely insists on methods of communicating that I cannot use. They routinely issue medications I haven't asked for, alternatives they have alerts to tell them I'm allergic to, or fail to issue things I have asked for. I asked for a repeat early because I was going into hospital, so it would all be aired beforehand and they delayed it until the day I went in. On purpose. Most doctors don't listen, and aren't willing to admit they don't know about my rare condition, which leads to failures in care. Some do, to be fair, but the entire culture of the practice is to just not bother. Complaints are either fobbed off or outright ignored.
