Terrible Care at My Local Practice

I am extremely frustrated. I URGENTLY NEED TO SEE MY DOCTOR AS I AM SERIOUSLY ILL. The staff insist I use online services or explain my symptoms remotely, but I'm not technologically capable. The doctors and personnel have a dismissive attitude and seem completely uninterested in providing any actual assistance. They're clearly just collecting their salaries from taxpayer funds. I have no alternative but to contact the Care Quality Commission and my local Member of Parliament. This situation is completely unacceptable and must be addressed. This is a public health service, not a private healthcare enterprise. They appear more focused on running a profitable vaccination center than attending to genuine patient needs. What goes around comes around. Those responsible for this incompetent system will ultimately face consequences for their actions. I am thoroughly disappointed.
