Terrible care when I'm sick with my son

I would give zero stars if possible. The medical practice refused my request for an in-person consultation, offering only a phone call after persistent requests. I'm seriously unwell with my 4-year-old son, and the doctor's surgery merely suggested taking paracetamol and drinking lemon tea to combat my infection. It's clear I need antibiotics, as I've been extremely sick for a week with no improvement - suffering from a chest cough, sore throat, high fever, and completely lacking energy to perform daily activities. I'm astounded that the doctors have neglected their duty of care, denying me a face-to-face consultation and providing no meaningful help with my illness. Instead, the physician repeatedly emphasized that this was his practice and he would decide how to proceed. This wasn't a private appointment, so why did Dr. Shazad get to dictate the terms? I believed this was an NHS GP practice. This treatment is unacceptable, and patients should not be subjected to such disregard by healthcare professionals.
