Extremely Disappointed Negligent and Uncaring Service I am utterly appalled and profoundly disheartened by the abysmal level of attention we experienced. Yesterday, I contacted the clinic to arrange an appointment for my son, who has been ill for five consecutive days. They instructed me to call back the following morning. Upon doing so, they scheduled a phone consultation for that day, but no communication ever materialized. After spending hours in anxious anticipation, I reached out to the clinic again. They claimed the doctor had attempted to contact us, which was categorically false. I received neither a call nor a voicemail. Even more frustrating, they asserted that no physicians were available to consult with us. How can such callous treatment of a sick child be considered acceptable? There was a complete absence of follow-up, zero accountability, and a total lack of compassion. This level of negligence is utterly unforgivable. I am genuinely concerned for anyone who must depend on this medical facility for urgent care. Children—indeed, all patients—merit far more considerate treatment.
