Terrible clinic with unhelpful uti treatment

I've been struggling with recurring UTIs for years, and this clinic has been utterly disappointing. The first time I reached out, I was asked to provide a urine sample. They handed me 1 tube and 1 small container with zero clear guidance. I endured 3 agonizing days of worsening symptoms before hearing back. When they finally contacted me, it was to admit they had mislabelled the container, requiring me to return. By then, my symptoms were so severe that I couldn't wait another 3 days for treatment, so I obtained antibiotics from another source. During my second UTI episode, I requested an antibiotic prescription for recurrent UTIs. Again, they insisted I come in for a urine sample. I complied, but they never followed up. Predictably, I knew I couldn't wait for their response, so I secured antibiotics elsewhere. Fortunately, as they never even returned my call. It's outrageous that in today's healthcare landscape, women must resort to private medical services for something as common as urinary tract infections. Picture repeating this exhausting process every quarter: calling at 8am, submitting a urine sample, being confined at home due to constant urination, and desperately hoping for antibiotics. Some pharmacies are ridiculously restrictive, requiring extremely specific criteria. You understand your symptoms and the necessary treatment, yet the NHS keeps the medication frustratingly out of reach. Absolutely unacceptable.
