Terrible communication and frustrating patient experience

Absolutely abysmal customer care. I sent two emails with zero acknowledgment. The front desk assured me my physician would respond promptly within 24 hours. When I called after three days, I was left waiting on the line for 90 minutes, only to be informed that the matter must be handled through a private consultation. Substandard patient support, yet again. Anita
