Terrible communication and frustrating patient experience

I am incredibly let down by the subpar service at this medical facility. Following a test on July 26, 2024, I endured a week of waiting before attempting to contact the surgery. Each call was met with dismissive and discourteous treatment from the receptionist, who repeatedly claimed the results were not yet ready. Exasperated, I contacted the hospital directly, discovering that the results had actually been sent to the surgery on July 31, 2024. Upon calling again, I encountered a receptionist who appeared completely bewildered by the situation. After a frustrating ten-minute search, she finally located the results and arranged a telephone consultation with the doctor. When the physician returned my call, he surprisingly stated that the results were not in his system. This entire ordeal has been absolutely infuriating and unprofessional. The complete breakdown in communication and total lack of competence at this surgery is utterly unacceptable. The reception staff urgently requires replacement to prevent further patient dissatisfaction.
