Terrible communication and rude staff at medical practice

Medical practice communication is extremely poor. Appointment scheduling involves constant follow-up, with promised callback times repeatedly missed. The reception staff demonstrate unprofessional behavior, with one receptionist being particularly dismissive during a phone conversation about a prescription, rudely stating she could be doing something more important. Despite assurances of a text message update, no communication was received. Fortunately, the pharmacy stepped in to provide an emergency medication supply, given the critical nature of potentially missing doses with serious side effects. This practice generates significant patient anxiety, especially for those managing mental health conditions. While Dr. Omar is an exceptional physician and clearly stands out, interactions with other doctors are frustratingly inconsistent. Patients must persistently chase administrative tasks through multiple repeated calls, often without achieving resolution, creating an exhausting and stressful healthcare experience.
