Terrible communication and unhelpful medical service

I am awarding the Vale Surgery a single star once more due to their abysmal communication regarding a critical health inquiry. I emailed a crucial question about potential medication reactions during a private chemical peel procedure, and shockingly, I received no direct response. I'm astounded that my designated doctor appeared unable to address a query related to medication he should be familiar with. Despite sending an email on 25th June 2025, I received absolutely no acknowledgment, which is utterly unacceptable. Although I recently re-registered myself and my daughter with a new local GP practice, the Vale Surgery initially insisted they were still responsible for answering my chemical peel and cabergoline medication query, given my original email was sent before changing practices. Upon re-sending my email, the receptionist dismissively stated the chemical peel is a private procedure outside NHS coverage and that the doctor is on two-week annual leave. When I highlighted the unhelpfulness of her response, she rudely declared, "you are no longer registered with us" - a thoroughly unprofessional and contemptible reaction. Consequently, I have formally submitted a complaint against the Vale Surgery for their complete failure to address my medical concerns through any meaningful communication.
