Terrible customer service and communication disaster

I attempted to set up an appointment through any means possible, and instead received a text abruptly informing me that I've been dropped from their patient roster. Is this seriously how I'm supposed to learn about my status? No formal communication, no explanation whatsoever? I'm desperate to understand the rationale behind being forced to find a new healthcare provider. The complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is absolutely mind-boggling - how can any medical practice treat patients with such disregard and communicate so callously?!
