Terrible customer service and communication disaster

I completed an e-consultation on Friday and called them the following Thursday since I'd received no response after nearly a week. I spent 27 minutes on the phone, only to be informed that the doctor had supposedly called me while I was speaking with them, so they claimed there was nothing they could do. I would need to submit another e-consultation. This whole experience is absolutely ridiculous.
