Terrible customer service and communication nightmare

I scheduled an appointment earlier, and then received a text message about it stating the doctor was unavailable. They instructed me to reschedule via phone, so I called. One of their staff members was extremely unprofessional and hostile. She aggressively questioned why I wasn't present at the 9:50 slot, and when I explained I received a text message suggesting I needed to book by phone, she became more confrontational. She claimed I had an appointment with a different doctor who supposedly sent me the text. I tried to explain that I was confused about the conflicting information, but she refused to listen and abruptly ended the call. This was an absolutely terrible customer service experience.
